This Privacy Policy sets out the rules of storing and accessing information on the devices of the website owner using cookies, for the purpose of services provided electronically.

I. General provisions
1. The Controller of data is TRL Trader Line Ltd. with its registered office in Bialystok, ul. Ciołkowskiego 169, 15-516 Białystok, Poland, NIP No. (Tax ID No.): PL9662110005, REGON NO. (Statistical ID No.): 366628396, the company’s registration files are kept by the District Court in Bialystok, 12th Commercial Division of the National Court Register, under KRS No. (National Court Register No.) 0000665104, having fully paid-up share capital amounting to PLN 200.000.
2. Data protection is carried out in accordance with the requirements of the generally applicable provisions of law, and the data is stored on secured servers.
3. For the interpretation of terms, we use a glossary of the Regulation or the description in the Privacy Policy (if this results directly from the description).

For better acceptance of the Privacy Policy, the term „GDPR” (General Data Protection Regulation) means a Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (UE) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation). II. Data Controller
1. The data sent by the User is tantamount to granting consent to the storage and processing of personal data by the website in order to provide services, under the provisions of the Act of August 29, 1997 on the Protection of Personal Data (Journal of Laws No. 133, item 833, as amended).
2. The Service provider is the data controller for subscribers to the newsletter, and for those who use the website, including contact forms.

b) in accordance with the implemented Privacy Policy,

6. We reserve the right to process the User’s data after termination of the Agreement or withdrawal of the consent, only to the extent necessary to seek possible claims before court or if national or EU regulations or international law oblige us to retain the data.

8. Personal data may be deleted as a result of withdrawal of the consent or submission of a legally permitted objection to the processing of personal data.

III. Cookies
1. Our website uses cookies. These are small text files sent from a website server and stored on a user’s computer browser software. When the browser connects to the website again, the website recognizes the type of device from which the User accesses the website. Parameters allow to read the information contained therein, only to the server that created them. Cookies make it easier to use previously visited websites.

The website owner has the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy, resulting from existing or future-developed standards, technology, as well as requirements relating to operation with the use of the Internet, and changes resulting from the legal provisions.
